Three choices here:

1. Ignore the link below and simply email us at jbcs@schoolmealsmagic.net and type "send me the Menu Magic email" in the subject line, and we will send you the message, which you can then forward to your colleagues.
2. Outlook users: click here to open the email in Outlook, then just forward it along to any potential subscribers you know.  This may also work with email programs other than Outlook. 
3. Click here to open the text of the file on our web site, which you can copy and paste in an email message.

However you send the email, please copy us on it at jbcs@schoolmealsmagic.net so we can follow who you've sent it to.
