The best way to post your menus on the web is by creating pdf files of your finished menus.  When you post pdf’s, you don’t have to retype anything or put it in a different format, and you don’t have to ask your tech person to do that either.  The viewer will see the menu exactly as you made it, in full-color with all the graphics, and they don’t need any special fonts or programs.  Viewers can zoom in and out and scroll around on the pdf file and print it exactly as you designed it.

To make a pdf file, you need a program like Adobe Acrobat (this is different than the Adobe Reader, which is a free program that allow you to see, but not create, pdf files).  We will also make pdf files for you for free.  Once you’ve made the files (or we’ve made them for you), you can give the pdf’s to your web person to post, or let us post them for you for free.
