Menu Magic One of the tools we decided to provide as an outgrowth of the April training is Menu Magic, our menu clipart and design service. We are offering a credit to all Florida districts equal to the value of a new subscription to Menu Magic ($199) for the 2009-2010 school year. If you did not subscribe to Menu Magic for the 2008-2009 school year, you will need to fill out a new subscriber form and we will deduct the credit from your new subscription, making your cost zero (unless you choose to receive the CD in the mail, in which case your cost will be $50). Florida districts that had a Menu Magic subscription for 2008-2009 will have the credit deducted from your amount due for 2009-2010. If you have already resubscribed but have not yet paid for your Menu Magic subscription for next year, we will send you a new invoice reflecting the discount. If you have already paid, we can send you a rebate check for $199 or hold a credit for you toward future services; please let us know which you would prefer. You can learn about Menu Magic here, or go directly to the new subscriber form here. For each issue, we will send you the same link that we send to all of our subscribers around the country. The link leads you to all of that month's Menu Magic materials on-line. In order to receive the link, you must fill out the new subscriber form, unless you were already a subscriber for 2008-2009 and have resubscribed. When we get the form from you, we will send you a CD containing some fonts you need to load on your computer to begin working with Menu Magic. We won't send you the CD until we get the form from you, so please submit the form now to avoid any delays in your getting started with Menu Magic. You also might want to check your computer (or with your tech people) to see if you have or can get Microsoft Publisher (version 2002 or later). This is the most common program that you can use Menu Magic with, and it's also the easiest. Corel Draw is another option. Again, all of the details are here. When the August and September materials are published (beginning the week of June 15), we'll send you an email with the link. If you are new to Menu Magic, we encourage you to call us for a complete walk-through. We provide unlimited, tool-free phone support as part of the subscription, and we want you to be able to use this powerful sales and PR tool to its full potential. So please call for help!
